Life and AD&D benefits are designed to help support you and your loved ones in the event of a covered loss. Employees also have the opportunity to elect additional life insurance coverage for themselves and eligible dependents.

Coverage Information
Coverage
Employees are automatically enrolled in employer-paid Basic Life Insurance and Basic AD&D Insurance at no cost to the employee. AD&D coverage provides additional protection in the event of a covered accidental death or serious accidental injury.
Optional Employee Life Insurance is available for employees who want additional financial protection. If you elect coverage after your initial new hire enrollment period or choose an amount above the guaranteed issue limit of $300,000, you may be required to complete an Evidence of Insurability (EOI) application and receive approval before coverage becomes effective.
