Voluntary Benefits

Enroll in Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity

Voluntary plans like Critical Illness, Accident and Hospital Indemnity pay a cash benefit directly to you when you or a covered dependent experience a health event like an illness, diagnosis, or an accident.

These are separate from primary medical plan and do not count as minimum essential coverage under the Affordable Care Act and are not a substitute for major medial coverage. However, they help cover costs not typically covered by a major medical plan, like lost wages, transportation, and child care. You can also use the cash you receive to pay for your medical plan deductible and coinsurance.

This is 100% employee-paid benefit.
