Saving for retirement is one of the most important financial decisions you can make. Beacon offers a 401(k)-retirement savings plan through Empower to help eligible employees save for the future through convenient payroll deductions and employer matching contributions.
Enrollment and account management are completed through Empower.
The Beacon 401(k) plan applies to eligible non-union employees only. If you are represented by a union, retirement benefits may vary by bargaining agreement. Please contact your local HR representative or the Beacon benefits team for more information.
Setup your 401(k) Account
► Go to: www.empowermyretirement.com, scan or download the Empower App
► Select Register
► Choose I do not have a PIN tab
► Follow the prompts to create your username and password
To start, stop or change your current contribution to the 401(k), login to your Empower account.
Changes will take place in 1-2 pay periods.
