What to Know About Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment is your chance to enroll in, change, or drop benefits for 2026—including switching medical plans, adjusting coverage, adding or removing dependents, or increasing supplemental life insurance.
We will continue offering the same four Aetna medical plans to full-time employees: Low Value, EPO, Basic, and Premium.
No changes to plan design (deductibles, copays, or out-of-pocket maximums).
Medical plan premiums will increase by approximately 5%.
2026 employee costs will be displayed in Workday when enrollment starts October 29.
Premiums will be spread evenly across all 2026 pay periods.
A $100/month surcharge applies if you cover a spouse on your medical plan but they have access to their own employer’s health plan.
Important Dental Plan Notes
MetLife Dental plan members who complete one exam and cleaning in the prior year will receive $150 more towards their annual maximum. (The High plan has a $1500 maximum it will contribute towards dental care. If you received an exam in 2025, in 2026 the plan max contribution will increase to $1650.)
Adult orthodontia is now covered under the Dental High Plan.
