Important Medical Plan Notes
- We will continue offering the same four Aetna medical plans to full-time employees: Low Value, EPO, Basic, and Premium.
- No changes to plan design (deductibles, copays, or out-of-pocket maximums).
- Medical plan premiums will increase by approximately 5%.
- 2026 employee costs will be displayed in Workday when enrollment starts October 29.
- Premiums will be spread evenly across all 2026 pay periods.
- A $100/month surcharge applies if you cover a spouse on your medical plan but they have access to their own employer’s health plan.
Important Dental Plan Notes
- MetLife Dental plan members who complete one exam and cleaning in the prior year will receive $150 more towards their annual maximum. (The High plan has a $1500 maximum it will contribute towards dental care. If you received an exam in 2025, in 2026 the plan max contribution will increase to $1650.)
- Adult orthodontia is now covered under the Dental High Plan.
